T-577 Toby Creek Bridge, Clarion County
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation on September 27, 2001 to construct a One Span Composite Steel I-Beam Bridge on Twp 577 between Paint & Highland Township in Clarion County. The project consisted of removing the existing bridge substructure and replacing with steel beams and a new deck as well as approaches, guide rail, and drainage. The project started December 3, 2001 and was finished on August 28, 2002.
