FRANCIS J. PALO, INC. was awarded a project on October 11, 2008, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for a bridge project in Henderson Township, Jefferson County. Palo, Inc. replaced the existing structure carrying T-519 over Big Run Creek with a single span prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge.
