FRANCIS J. PALO, INC. was awarded a project on October 11, 2007, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for a bridge project in Licking Township, Clarion County. Palo, Inc replaced the existing structure carrying T-374, Morris Road over Licking Creek, with a two lane, one span composite steel I-beam bridge.
