SR 36 (B00), Venango County
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a project with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation on March 25, 2004, in Venango County, Allegheny Township, to remove the metal grate structure over Pithole Creek on SR 36 and replace it with a Prestressed Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge. New concrete and bituminous bridge approaches, drainage, and guide rail were improvements made with the new structure. The overall project length was 555 feet. The project started on June 2, 2004 and was completed on September 24, 2004.
