SR 338/353, Monroe Overpass, Clarion County
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract on November 21, 2002 with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation to rehabilitate a five span Prestressed Box Beam Bridge (Overpass) on SR 338/353 crossing I-80 in Monroe Township, Clarion County. This project was the first project executed using PennDOT's new electronic bidding system (ECMS). The project started on May 5, 2003 and was finished on October 22, 2003.
