Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsyvania, Department of Transportation on December 29, 1998 to remove an existing 3 span, concrete T-beam bridge and single span plate girder bridge, and construct a causeway at the larger structure and turnarounds and permanent barricades at each structure location. We will then construct a 6 meter wide roadway with drainage and pavement markings. The project, which is located in Ulysses Twp., Potter County started on April 19th, and was completed on June 23, 1999.
