Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract on October, 30, 2002 in Ulysses Township, Potter County with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation to remove a 23 foot long steel grid bridge and replace it with a precast concrete box culvert the same length. The project started on April 1, 2003 and was completed August 22, 2003.
