Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, on September 23, 1999, for the rehabilitation of the existing bridge over Neshannock Creek, in Springfield Twp., Mercer County. The project started March 1, 2000 and was completed on March 29, 2000.
