Poplar Street, Kane Borough
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation on January 5, 1999 to remove and replace an existing 3 span bridge over the Allegheny and Eastern railroad tracks, on Poplar Street in the Borough of Kane. The project to started on April 5, 1999 and was finished on September 3, 1999, ahead of schedule and under budget.
