Dobbins Landing
On August 18, 1995, Francis J. Palo, Inc. accepted a contract with Erie-Western PA Port Authority to make improvements to Dobbins Landing Public Pier, on the Bay Front in Erie, Pennsylvania. This job consisted of driving sheet pile facing around approximately 1200 LF of the existing pier face, as well as installation of concrete stairs, sidewalks, patterned sidewalks, recessed light fixtures and bituminous paving. The project was completed around late October 1996.
