Connector Road (T-418) Clarion County
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a project with the Elk Township Supervisors on April 17, 1998 to remove the existing bridge on Township Road T-418 over Deer Creek and construct a new bituminous surfaced roadway to connect to SR 322. The project is located approximately .3 miles northwest of Shippenville and connecting to the north side of SR 322. This project was to be completed in three (3) months, however we completed it in five (5) weeks, seven (7) weeks ahead of schedule.
