Clarion Water Treatment Plant
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a subcontract with John Deklewa & Sons, Inc. of Bridgeville on May 7, 2002 for the sitework at the Clarion Water Treatment Plant in Clarion, Pennsylvania. The plant was built for PA American Water Company. Palo's scope of work consisted of Clearing and Grubbing, Sitework, Demolition, Paving and installation of a chain link fence. Palo's portion of the project started on May 15, 2002 and was completed on April 23, 2004.
