Barbour Street Bridge, McKean County

Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract on February 5, 2004 with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the construction of the Barbour Street Bridge in the City of Bradford, Pennsylvania, McKean County. This project consisted of removing the existing structure over the West Branch of Tunungwant Creek and replacing it with a Two Span Prestressed Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge with a length of approximately 75 feet, approach slabs, a cast-in-place concrete slab slope wall, guiderail, signing, sanitary sewer relocation and water line relocation. The project started on April 5, 2004 and was completed on  November 23, 2004.
