T-576/T-573 Bigley Road Bridge, Clarion County
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a project with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation on June 2, 2005 to replace the structure on Bigley Road, Clarion County that was destroyed by the 1996 flooding. The structure carries T-576 (Paint Township)and T-573 (Highland Township) over Toby Creek. This project started on August 8, 2005 and was completed on June 7, 2006.
