Handsome Lake Energy, Venango County
Francis J. Palo, Inc. was awarded a contract with Constellation Power for the sitework at the Handsome Lake Power Plant in Rockland Twp., Venango County on August 11, 2000. The scope of the work includes: clearing and grubbing of 25 acres, rough grading, a storm water collection system, and 2 storm water detention ponds, plant and emergency access roads, fencing, site security, and erosion and sediment control during construction. The project started on August 16, 2000 and finished January 18, 2001.
Sitework
Francis J. Palo was awarded a contract by Graycor for excavation and concrete work for the Plant at the Handsome Lake Energy Project. This contract started on October 31, 2000 and was completed October 1, 2001.
