14th & 15th Street Bridge Reconstruction, Blair County
FRANCIS J. PALO, INC. was awarded a project with the City of Altoona on July 15, 2004, to remove the existing culverts on 14th and 15th Street respectively and replace them with CON/SPAN Arched Culverts. The projects started on September 13, 2004 and were completed on November 24, 2004.
